Booking
While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, The Concert Company cannot guarantee the availability of any particular musicians displayed on this website. The Concert Company reserves the right to remove or discontinue the listings of any musicians on this website at any time without notice.
Cancellation
The Concert Company is committed to providing excellent services to our clients and wants its clients to have the best private concert experience ever. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, our cancellation policy is:
14 or more days before the scheduled concert: full refund
7 to 13 days before the scheduled concert: 50% refund*
0 to 6 days before the scheduled concert: no refund
*For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made seven full days or more prior to scheduled concert date, otherwise no refund.

All such materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. The Concert Company specifically disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Booking Experience
If you book a musician from us, The Concert Company places your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. The Concert Company does not share any customer information with any third parties for any reason except for fulfilling a booking. For example, a musician booked through theconcert.co must know the concert address to perform.
If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call or email regarding a booking you placed. The Concert Company will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and booking process. We will not contact you for any marketing or promotional purposes.
Payment
The Concert Company will send an Invoice for payment by the submitter, once a booking has been submitted.

The Concert Company reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy, and any changes will be posted to this Website. It will be your responsibility to revisit this page frequently to become aware of any changes.
